Green Bank Trails is the part of NPCW that focusses on the use, maintenance, and upgrade of the trail system based at Green Bank Observatory. Currently, Green Bank Trails is working on a Master Trail Plan for the Observatory trails.

The Green Bank Trail master trail plan is funded by the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation through a grant to the Greenbrier Valley Econominc Development Corporation. Green Bank Trails is a member of SHARC, the Snowshoe Highlands Ride Center. The Msster trail plan work is being done by Sharc and Pocahontas Trails.
